It looks great in the photos, but either they are dated photos or the staff and the owners don’t rea
Breakfast had large quantities of great and/or average food but could be overcrowded at times Beds were super comfortable, but the bottom sheets were short about a foot long, so either I slept in a diagonal position or I had my toenails catching on the fabric of the mattress so can’t really say how sanitary that really is.
AC in the first room I was given wasn’t powerful enough to cool down the room so it felt like an oven and couldn’t get a room change the next day so I had to wait for the third day to actually start enjoying my stay. This besides the issue with the bottom sheets mentioned above. Also I requested a wake up call upon arrival which didn’t happen and I had to skip breakfast to get to an appointment that morning. Then, the only time I decided to use the restaurant to dine the service was really slow for barely having 4 single occupied tables during the time I was there, plus the waiting staff was barely paying attention to the clients and having conversations amongst themselves in an out of the way corner. And finally, when I asked for a couple basic questions I got mixed responses from the front desk staff. One was regarding taxi vs Uber use to move around and get directions on places to visit, and the other was I requested an adapter to plug my laptop and phone chargers, which doesn’t require any transformer, only to change the shape of the connection, and they didn’t have one nor could provide. So I barely had any battery to reach my appointment the morning after arriving, and had to figure out a way to buy one on my own. In summary I only managed to accomplish about 20% of what I had expected to during my vacation there and it was mostly due to a lack of interest towards the customer or lack of attention to detail from their end.

The bed was comfortable. The staff at reception was kind.
The hotel needs urgent maintenance. The curtains were completely stained in the room. broken walls in the lobby and public areas. Shower not hot. Toilet flush not consistent Breakfast has peak time which is normal however they probably need two islands. One morning we couldn't almost approach the buffet

Buffett time People stop coming in at 10 AM and the STAFF is cleaning up the Buffett before the people have time to eat AT 10:01 AM TAKING EVERYTHING OUT THE TABLE. 10:05 AM o BUFFETT TABLE WAS empty we did NOT have time to enjoy the buffet OR Coffee THE COFFEE MACHINE TRES CORAÇOES DOES NOT WORK FOR THE PAST WEEK. I have spoke to the person in charge. Give us excuses every day but yet no coffee. Coffee cups very dirty and crack. Taking long time to refill items on buffet NOVEMBER 25 AT 9 AM THEY STOP ADDING ITEMS TO THE HOT FOOD NO BUFFET HALF THE STAFF VERY NICE, and the OTHER HALF NOT so much At night time at the buffet didn't have enough staff we have to wait for a long time for service When we call from the room did not answer the phone Then we go downstairs and they say they do not have enough staff NO air conditioner on We ask questions all we here are excuses Hi expected better!
